Anyway, she thought I would enjoy this 3D puzzle. Honestly, I thought it very intriguing but after putting it together, I realized I didn't really care for it. LegoWarrior helped me put it together. It was basically built in layers with each layer consisting of two pieces each. Each piece had a triangular hole which slid over posts that connected to the base. I didn't think of taking pictures of the process. That seemed impossible and too time consuming to figure out. Luckily for us there was a cheat sheet that showed which pieces went together and which layer they were. Each piece had a number on it. So technically it was a 180+ piece puzzle. We did use the cheat sheet.
Here it is:
These were the great men of our nation. It's too bad that there haven't been good enough men to be remembered in such a way as this since these guys. I could write a lot more on great leaders, but I'll leave that for another blog.
Abraham Lincoln
George Washington
Thomas Jefferson
Theodore Roosevelt
And this great little man, my oldest, Lego Warrior. He loves helping me put together my puzzles.
I have to agree...I don't much care for it either. It looks really difficult and kind of boring looking. Cool that you got it together so quickly though. Congrats...only 8 left!!!!
ReplyDeleteDoes not look like my bag of tea either. I love the puzzle stack in the background though! How many more to go before you get back to Life?
ReplyDeleteYou like that puzzle stack? Wait until you see my other one! I'll have to post it sometime. It's crazy.
DeleteI just finished another one tonight, so I'm working on that post right now. Then I will have seven left! It makes me sick to see how far you both are on LIFE and I'm not getting far. BUT hey... five kids, homeschool, 25-30 hours/week job and husband.... my own "life" gets crazy. Excuses or results right? Unfortunately my excuses are that I just don't have alot of time to puzzle if I want to sleep. :)
